Refund policy
We currently do not offer refunds at this point of time. However, we allow a one-time exchange for items purchased directly from our website.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in its original conditions received, packed in its original BE polymailer, original transparent packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered) with the physical invoice.
If you do not have the original polymailer, you may use any other polymailer/carrier as long as the item(s) is securely sealed and with your name and order number indicated.
BE reserves the rights to review each request on a case by case basis and has the rights to reject any exchange / returns should the above conditions not be fulfilled. You will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery service to retrieve the items back.
Exchange and Returns criteria
- All exchange requests (including defects) can only be requested by the original purchasing account.
- Any exchange requests made from third parties will not be allowed.
- Exchanges are only applicable for orders made directly from our webstore.
- Exchanges are allowed for purchases made using our discount codes or birthday discounts, or during any sales and promotions.
- Should you require an exchange, the exchange has to be requested within 14 days from the day you receive your item. Kindly email us to start a request. Any exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. Exchanges are only confirmed after we have attended to your email. Please refer to the following for the exchange method.
- We strongly urge customers to fulfil the exchange request within the stipulated time frame to ensure validity. No extensions will be allowed due to system limitations.
- Processing time for exchanges takes up to 7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received.
Exchanges
Available for unworn and unused items in original condition (with tags still attached) and its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
To start an Exchange, please email us at sales@bextraordinarysg.com with the following information:
- Email address used to place the order
- Order number
- Name, colour and size of your return
- Reason for the return (too big/ small, etc.)
- Colour and size of the replacement item
* If you wish to exchange your purchased item for a product of higher value, a top-up in price difference is required. The top-up will be based on the original price, excluding any discounts or promo codes. No refunds in price difference will be given if you choose to exchange your purchased item for a product of a lower value.
*If the exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Any items sent back to us without prior acceptance of exchange, will be rejected. Kindly note that you will incur a SGD $6 shipping fee to mail your replacement items to you.
Items strictly not eligible for exchanges:
- Items with any stains (including make-up and deodorant stains) and/or pet fur
- Sale, clearance, pre-order and backorder items
- Items bought using discount codes
- Items bought from third parties. Please contact the store/ website you purchased from
*We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not meet our exchange policy conditions.
Defective/ Incorrect Items:
If the item is defective or incorrect, please kindly email us at sales@bextraordinarysg.com immediately with the following details:
- Email address used to place the order
- Order number
- Name, colour and size of your return
- Photographic evidence of the defect description of the defect/ incorrect order
Upon receiving your email, we will work quickly to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Cancellations
Once orders are confirmed and processed, no cancellations are allowed once they’ve been packed and ready to ship.
First Time Buyers
We will be happy to assist with an exchange for all apparel purchased using the first time buyer discount code. However, for first-time buyers for pre-order, sales and clearance items, there will be strictly no exchanges or returns allowed.
